Q) How can I make a reservation? A) Please fill out our "reservation form" which is on our website and send it to us. We will send you the confirmation within 24 hours. Then please send back the confirmation,which you are expected to receive,to us within 7 days to let us know that you surely received our message. If your arrival date is closer than 7 days, we will tell you the latest time you should reply us. If we do not receive your confirmation mentioned above, your reservation should be canceled. Q) When should I make a reservation? A) Our hotel is very busy throughout the year,so we recommend you to make reservation as soon as you make travel plan. We accept reservations approximately 2-3 months ahead. Q) How much do you charge for a cancellation? A) Basically you can cancel any time before your estimated check-in time for free of charge. But for our convinience,please DO NOT forget to inform us when you have to cancel or change your schedule.

Q) Can 2 person share 1 single room? A) It is not impossible. But we basically charge for person. So even if you share 1 single room, we will charge you for 2 single rooms. But if you want to sleep with your child, it is differrent. If he/she is small enough, you can sleep with them with regular room charge plus 1.000 yen as surcharge. Q) Can I receive phone calls or fax? A) Yes. Please give your full name and room number to your friends / family. We are answering from 7:00AM to 10:00PM. Q) Can I leave luggages after check-out? A) Yes. We have storage room and it is basically free. Q) Do you have curfew? A) No. You can go out and come back any time you like. However, the front desk is between 7:00AM and 10:00PM. Q) Is breakfast included? A) No. We do not serve meal. But there are 2 convenience stores and 1 supermarket nearby. And we have small kitchen as well.
